Kat Vernelli, RHN, NNCP

Kat is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and a Natural Nutritional Practitioner. She has a serious passion for holistic living and loves educating people on healthy eating and well-being. Kat believes in eating fresh, whole foods, cooking with real ingredients, keeping chemicals out of daily care products and doing what makes you really happy as often as possible. 

Kat wasn’t always a health guru, having battled an eating disorder for several years. It wasn’t until she began her journey to healing that she realized just how important real, whole foods are and the vital role they play in creating her well-being physically, mentally, and spiritually.

Kat also understands how debilitating extreme fatigue, inconsistency in bowel movements and digestion issues like bloating can be. Since being diagnosed with SIBO (Small Intestinal Bacteria Overgrowth) in early 2020 Kat has worked alongside Functional Medicine Practitioners to help treat and heal SIBO. 

Kat has spent a long time focusing on healing her body from the inside out. She changed her diet by adding, not deleting. Kat changed her thoughts, which turned into positive actions, and learned how to treat her body as a whole using the nutrients from whole foods to restore and maintain balance.

As a Holistic Nutritionist Kat doesn’t believe in one-size fits all approach to health. What works for one person may not work for the next. We are all biochemically different and unique and each person has individual nutritional needs. Kat's job is to educate you on eating eating nutrient-dense foods (while not being stressed) by taking small steps to get you where you want to be. She wants you to live a life of health, love and balance, and is committed to helping you achieve that.
